Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains what data Relevo Ops accesses, what we store and for how long, who else processes it, and the rights available to you. It is written in plain language by design. Direct any question about its application to angel@relevoops.com.
Who we are
Relevo Ops is a registered trade name of GS Autobrokers LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
GS Autobrokers LLC is the data controller for the information you give us directly — your business contact details, your agreement, and your invoices. For the records inside your own systems, including information about your customers, you are the controller and we are a processor acting on your instructions.
What we access
When you authorize our application, we receive access to your field service management account, such as Jobber. The authorization screen lists the permissions before you approve anything. Depending on what you approve, this may include:
- Client records and properties — business or person name, service address, and contact details
- Requests, quotes, jobs and visits — dates, status, line items, amounts, and who is assigned
- Invoices and payment status — number, issue date, due date, status, amounts, and balance
- Your products and services, custom fields, templates, and the team members in your account
- Account settings, where you add us as a user in your account
If you have purchased services that connect other business tools — your accounting system, your email, a mapping service — we access only the parts of those tools that the service requires, and only after you authorize each connection separately.
We do not access payment card numbers or bank account details at any time.
What we read and what we change
We use one application. Because it is the same application we use to build what you hire us for, the authorization screen says it can view and edit your account.
For the diagnosis, we only read. We create, edit and delete nothing.
When you hire us, we create or update only the records, fields and settings listed in your written proposal — for example, invoicing finished work, following up quotes, or setting up the fields your office needs — and nothing outside that list.
Some clean-up and tune-up work can only be done from inside your account, such as turning on your platform's own automations or rewriting your templates. For that work you add us as a user in your account, and we use that login only for the purposes in your proposal.
Before anything that writes to your account goes live, it is tested, and you receive a short written note of what it does, what it changes and how to reverse it.
Nothing we build deletes records. No service we offer is authorized to delete data.
Why we access it
To diagnose where money is getting stuck in your operation, and to build and run the systems you hired us for: completed work that has not been invoiced, invoices past due sorted by age, quotes and requests left unanswered, visits without anyone assigned, and whatever else is set out in your written proposal. We use your data for no other purpose.
What we store, and for how long
Diagnosis. If you ask for the diagnosis, we read the data you authorize and change nothing. We use it only to find where money is getting stuck and to show you what we found in a 20-minute call. If you have not engaged us within seven days after you connect, we disconnect your account, delete the authorization token and delete what we read, keeping only the record that you consented. If you engage us, the retention below for clients applies.
Request form and emails. If you use the form on our site, we collect your email and, if you choose to give them, your name, company, phone number, which software you use, and the size of your crew. We use it only to send you your private link to connect, emails about your diagnosis and one short email each morning about running a service business. If you ask for a quote, we also collect your answers to the quote questions and, if you give it, your website. We use them only to prepare your quote and to write to you about it, and we send you the morning email only if you ask for it. Every email has a link to stop receiving them. We keep it in our automation platform and our email, we do not sell it or share it with advertisers, and we delete it if you ask, or within 12 months if we have not worked together.
We do not replicate your operational database. We query your systems, compute a result, and deliver or file that result. We do not maintain a parallel copy of your customer records, and nothing from one client's systems is ever used for another client.
We do store the output of our own work. Specifically:
- Authorization tokens for your connected platforms — until you revoke access or the engagement ends.
- The reports we produce and the figures in them, including the weekly record that builds over the life of the engagement. This record is what allows us to answer questions about how your operation changed over time, and it is the basis of your monthly review. Kept for the duration of the engagement plus twelve months.
- Workflow configuration and run logs — ninety days rolling. Logs may briefly contain record identifiers and fragments of the data a workflow handled. They exist to diagnose failures and are used for nothing else.
- Your business contact details, invoices and agreements — seven years, as required for business records.
The weekly record holds derived figures — amounts, counts, ages, and the client names attached to them. It does not hold your full customer database.
Where it is stored
By default, your report record and workflow settings live in our own workspaces, isolated per client, so that credentials and data cannot cross between clients.
If you have purchased a service delivered on dedicated infrastructure, we provision a server and database reserved for your engagement alone. No other client's data is present on that machine. We are responsible for patching, monitoring and maintaining it for as long as the engagement continues. When the engagement ends, the server is destroyed along with everything on it.
Artificial intelligence
We use third-party artificial intelligence providers only where they help the work you asked for:
- The diagnosis. To help analyze what we read, we may send an AI provider totals, counts, amounts and ages — never the names or contact details of your customers. If you would rather your diagnosis be done without AI, reply to any of our emails and say so.
- Building and upkeep. We build and maintain your systems with the help of AI tools. While we work on what you hired us for, those tools may process the records that work involves.
- Services that use AI, such as the smart inbox and the operations assistant. They send content to an AI provider so it can be categorized, summarized, or drafted into a reply. Where the smart inbox is running, the content of the emails it handles — which can include messages your customers sent you — is transmitted to that provider in order to generate a draft. What comes back is a draft, and where the service is set up to require it, a person reviews it before anything is sent. The operations assistant runs through your own subscription with the AI provider, so your questions and its answers are handled under your account with that provider.
Nothing is sent to an AI provider for anything else. We use business-tier access with providers whose terms state that content submitted through it is not used to train their models.
If you would rather no data be processed by an AI provider, tell us and we will configure your services accordingly. A few services cannot be delivered without it, and we will say so plainly rather than quietly give you a weaker version.
What we do not do with it
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use it to train machine learning models, and we do not permit our providers to.
- We do not use one client's data to serve another client.
Your customers' data
Where we handle information about your customers, we do so on your instructions and for your purposes only. You remain responsible for having the lawful basis to hold that information and, where a service contacts them by email or text, for having their consent to do so.
If one of your customers asks you to delete their information or stop contact, tell us and we will apply it to every system we run for you.
Who else processes it
We use third-party providers to operate. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function:
- Your field service platform — the source system. It is already your provider.
- Make.com — runs the workflows. Handles data in transit between your systems and the output.
- Notion — holds the report record, where that is where your engagement keeps it.
- Google Workspace — email delivery, documents, and reports.
- Hetzner — server hosting, where you have purchased dedicated infrastructure.
- A messaging provider — text message delivery, where you have purchased a service that sends them.
- An artificial intelligence provider — analysis for the diagnosis, help with building and upkeep, and drafting and categorization in services that use it. See the section above.
- A payment and invoicing provider — our billing to you. We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers.
Relevo Ops operates from El Salvador and serves clients in the United States. Our providers process data in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. Using our services means your data will be processed across borders.
Subcontractors. Where a project you purchased is built in part by a subcontractor, that person or company accesses only what the work requires, works under our supervision and under written confidentiality obligations no less protective than ours, and loses access when the work ends. Executors we provide are bound by the same obligations. We remain responsible for them.
Revoking access and deletion
You can disconnect Relevo Ops at any time from inside your field service management account, without contacting us. Access stops immediately when you do. If you added us as a user in your account, you can remove that user there too.
When an engagement ends, we delete stored tokens and workflow configurations within thirty days, and decommission any dedicated infrastructure. Reports and the weekly record are kept for the period above unless you ask us to delete them sooner, which you may do at any time. Business records we are legally required to keep are retained separately.
Security
- Authorization tokens are stored in the credential vault of our automation platform, never in plain text and never in documents.
- Each client is isolated in a separate workspace, or on separate infrastructure, so credentials and data cannot cross between clients.
- Access to client systems is limited to personnel who need it to deliver your services.
- No security is absolute. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you by email within seventy-two hours, describe what happened, and tell you what we are doing about it.
Your rights
You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email angel@relevoops.com and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where your business operates, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation; we will honor those requests.
